Gorgeous hotel with great views and exceptionally pleasant staff. Separate bedroom. Plenty of supplies in the room: a balcony, a mini-bar, and a storage. Favourable location in the amazing area, not far from most areas as well as good restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. Also, easy to get to Plaza Colon.

The property was in the middle of the city. The staff was wonderful and we would definitely return here.

We loved our recent stay at a cozy gem tucked in the heart of Old San Juan. The friendly service and nice ambiance made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully clean and the king-sized bed provided the perfect ending to our trip. Although there were no views from the room, the rooftop terrace offered a stunning nighttime view of the city. the quality of the service and room made our stay worth every penny. I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. The staff was helpful and accommodating when it came to carrying our luggage up the stairs due to the broken elevator. Despite being in an interior room with no windows, the hotel offered good value and was conveniently located near the piers. It was the perfect place to spend a couple of nights before and after my Caribbean cruise. I would recommend this hotel for budget-conscious travelers seeking a central location.

I liked the room with 3 beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was set in a very central area not far from Old San Juan, the Carnival cruise terminal, and Condado Beach.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the themed decor of the hotel, especially the Casablanca theme. It added a charming and unique touch to our stay. The balcony overlooking the street of Old San Juan was a nice bonus, providing a lovely view. The location of the hotel was perfect, being centrally located and within walking distance of everything in this magical city. It made exploring Old San Juan so convenient and enjoyable. The staff at the hospitality desk were extremely knowledgeable and spoke excellent English, making our interactions pleasant and easy. The rooms were small but clean, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. the history and beauty of the hotel, combined with its friendly staff and great location, made for an excellent experience.
